We have a 7 day cooling of period from when you receive your goods.
So if you are not pleased with the refurbished Gold product or it is not as it was stated you can send it straight back to us,

When you return items from the SGB Gold shop you do have to pay the postage which is Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We will not refund any returns from our jewellery online shop made after the 7 day period.
